Job Description
About the Role VSI Surfaces is looking for a reliable Inside Sales Representative to assist fabricators, contractors, and showroom customers at our slab warehouse. This role involves helping customers select slabs, answering product questions, preparing quotes, and assisting with warehouse operations, including loading slabs onto trucks. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers visiting the warehouse Show quartz, quartzite, granite, and marble slabs to customers Answer questions about colors, finishes, sizes, availability, and pricing Prepare quotes and sales orders Follow up with customers on quotes and slab availability Coordinate with the warehouse team for customer pickups and deliveries Assist with safely loading and unloading slabs using proper equipment Keep the showroom and slab yard organized and presentable Requirements Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a warehouse environment Comfortable learning about stone products and slab inventory Ability to lift and move materials with assistance and follow safety procedures Forklift experience is a plus (training can be provided) Prior experience in stone, building materials, countertops, or inside sales is preferred but not required Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time Compensation Hourly pay based on experience
