Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling, moving, and managing materials to ensure seamless distribution and inventory accuracy. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment where every task contributes to the overall success of our logistics process. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and inventory management while supporting a fast-paced supply chain. Duties Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately utilizing RF scanners and manual handling techniques Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and load & unload machinery to move large or heavy items efficiently Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper documentation in warehouse management systems Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards during all warehouse activities Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against orders and preparing items for dispatch Organize warehouse space by stacking pallets, arranging materials, and ensuring clear pathways for safe movement Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse operations is highly preferred Familiarity with order picking, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory management systems Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently Knowledge of safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards and best practices in warehouse environments Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and data entry tasks Prior experience supervising or coordinating warehouse activities is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics! Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
