Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse distribution, inventory management, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate stock handling, and exceptional customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, data entry, and logistics while contributing to a collaborative and efficient environment. Duties Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels and ensure accuracy. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods safely within the warehouse. Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving activities, stock movements, and order fulfillment through data entry and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP. Support packaging processes to ensure products are securely prepared for delivery while following international trade regulations when applicable. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to uphold inventory integrity. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution strategies and improve overall warehouse operations. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate inventory tracking and order processing. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication purposes. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, stocking shelves, loading/unloading shipments efficiently.
