Reporting to either the Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, Maintenance Manager or Quality Control Manager, the Production Worker will support various daily operations activities in a single location.
Duties:
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner Follow safety regulations and procedures when operating equipment or performing other manual labor tasks Assist with the coordination of materials, including: Handle and transport materials and equipment Load and unload items from machines, trucks and pallets Sort and stack materials accordingly for storage or distribution Assist with production line, including: Examine incoming products for defects Place products on the conveyor line for powder or paint application Inspect final products to assess compliance with quality standards Pull damaged or ineffective equipment off the powder coating or paint line Start up and stop equipment, when required Keep production areas free of debris and dirt Use powder tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts), when required Monitor equipment and report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions to supervisors Organize and track inventory, when required Ensure appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment are worn Ensure equipment and materials are cleaned and stored properly Complete various other duties, as assigned
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
