Warehouse Associate Job Overview Alvin's Island is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will assist with receiving, organizing, preparing, and distributing merchandise while helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse. Responsibilities and Duties This position includes, but is not limited to: Load and unload merchandise from trucks. Receive, count, and verify merchandise to maintain accurate inventory. Organize and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to stores. Assist with stocking, inventory counts, and general warehouse organization. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be reliable and able to work as part of a team. Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted . Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Must be comfortable working in warehouse conditions, including hot weather. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
