Responsibilities:

Maintain grounds which includes picking up trash, sweeping, mopping and general cleaning. Exterior/ Interior touch up building maintenance. Cleaning, mopping and sanitizing of pool bathrooms and laundry rooms Clean breezeway lights and keep free of bugs and dust Replace any bulbs on exterior of buildings and grounds. Blow and pressure wash breezeways, curbs, sidewalks and parking lot as needed or directed by the property manager. Lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly. EOE
