PositionRequirements What you'll do Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition Store materials in designated warehouse locations following company procedures and safety guidelines Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation Pick and pull materials according to order specifications Pack and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and securely Maintain inventory records and document incoming/outgoing shipments Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed What we're looking for Previous warehouse or related experience preferred, but not required Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse procedures Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (or willingness to learn) Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment Team-oriented with strong communication skills Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday PositionNotes Thermal Concepts, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
