About the Job We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Field Operations Associate to support our supply chain operations. This role involves handling, organizing, and transporting leather and raw materials, with responsibilities including: Participate in occasional field testing and deployment activities in the Florida Everglades, supporting invasive-species management projects, wildlife monitoring, field equipment testing, and data collection. Assist with the setup, testing, deployment, and retrieval of field equipment and emerging technologies used in invasive-species management. Support warehouse & inventory operations as needed. Document field observations, equipment performance, and deployment results to support ongoing research and operational improvements. Grade, measure, and organize salt-preserved animal hides and other biological materials. Track incoming and outgoing materials using digital inventory and documentation systems. Assist with packing, labeling, inventory preparation, and dispatching outgoing shipments. Transport materials and equipment between company processing and field locations using a company vehicle. Desired Skills Comfortable handling animal hides and biological materials, including reptile species. Willing and able to drive long distances as needed. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor. Reliable, responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work. (optional) Experience with Airtable or other digital inventory management systems is a plus . (optional) Strong desire to protect our native Florida wildlife is a plus This is a part-time position paid on an hourly basis, with an opportunity to move to full-time based on performance.
