This is a fast paced, behind the scenes role supporting the live host, organizing products, tracking customer purchases, and keeping each show moving efficiently. What You'll Do Prepare and organize jewelry and accessories before each live show Hand products to the host in the correct order Track item numbers, prices, quantities, and customer claims Monitor live comments and help answer basic questions Confirm product availability during the live Keep sold and available merchandise organized Assist with labeling, packing, and order preparation Maintain a clean and attractive live-selling area Help resolve order discrepancies after each show Support the host and team throughout the live Complete other basic administrative and inventory tasks as needed What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work quickly without losing accuracy Comfortable with computers, social media, and live-selling platforms Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and motivated Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable standing and moving throughout live sessions Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Jewelry, retail, inventory, or live-selling experience is a plus, but not required You'll Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy working behind the scenes Stay calm and focused under pressure Catch small details and follow instructions Work well with energetic personalities Take initiative without needing constant direction Are comfortable working around cameras and live audiences About Jewelry Finds Jewelry Finds is a growing live-commerce company offering stylish jewelry and accessories through interactive online shopping experiences.
