Warehouse Worker We Are Frozen Treats LLC Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting warehouse distribution processes. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems, safety protocols, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Previous warehouse experience, including working with forklifts and pallet jacks, is highly valued. The Warehouse Worker will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory control and supporting overall warehouse management functions. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping Break down larger case quantities of items into smaller, manageable cases Stock shelves and organize inventory to optimize space and accessibility Operate heavy equipment following OSHA safety standards Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management tools Assist with shipping & receiving activities to ensure timely dispatch of products Support order fulfillment processes including order picking, packing, and loading materials for delivery or transfer Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies or damages Perform routine maintenance/cleaning on equipment such as chest freezers and walk in cooler. Stripping and cleaning returned equipment in preparation for placement in field Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related roles with knowledge of warehouse operations Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Ability to work in a cold environment Ability to work in a warehouse with temperature variations related to the seasons Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and equipment maintenance Familiarity with warehouse management systems Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices in materials handling and heavy lifting Experience with shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, stocking, and load & unload procedures Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order fulfillment processes Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our operational efficiency while developing valuable skills in warehouse management and logistics.
