Job Description
Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, contributing to efficient production operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Assist with manufacturing tasks by supporting various stages of the production process Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, ensuring proper technique to prevent injury Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately at all times to ensure safety for yourself and colleagues Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all operations to uphold workplace standards Support equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting as directed by supervisors Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently and effectively Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the shift Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including the use of PPE Knowledge of GMP guidelines or experience working in regulated manufacturing settings is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in a role where your efforts directly contribute to high-quality production while ensuring safety remains a top priority.
