Job Description
Job Overview Seeking a dependable employee to effectively and accurately process internal and external customer orders. Load outgoing deliveries, receive incoming material, stock, pull, and prepare materials for shipment to improve production flow while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Duties Complete shipments by processing and loading orders Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders Communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email Pull materials Stack pallets Stage orders in delivery area Unload inbound deliveries and place material in designated areas Verify incoming and outgoing materials for correctness and quantity Prepare and complete any corresponding paperwork Physically able to lift 50 lbs Stock shelves and organize warehouse space through effective stocking techniques and proper manual handling procedures Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment to optimize warehouse distribution operations Experience/Skills/Capabilities Ability to operate a forklift Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people Able to work within a team and independently when needed Dependability is a must Attention to detail and accuracy Computer experience with inventory data systems, email, and general office software
