TempExperts is hiring a dependable Machine Operator / General Laborer to operate production equipment, handle materials, inspect finished products, maintain a clean work area, and help keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced team environment. What You'll Do Operate assigned production machinery and equipment according to established procedures. Load materials into machines, monitor the production process, and remove finished items. Inspect products for quality and report defects, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions. Perform general labor tasks such as sorting, packing, stacking, labeling, and moving materials by hand. Complete basic equipment checks and follow instructions for routine changeovers or adjustments. Keep workstations, production areas, and equipment clean and organized. Follow all production, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Equipment You May Use Production machines, measuring tools, scanners, carts, pallet jacks, packing equipment, and hand tools. Site-specific training and authorization are required before operating equipment. What We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Previous machine-operation, production, manufacturing, or general-labor experience preferred. Ability to learn equipment procedures and follow production, quality, and safety instructions. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, handle materials carefully, and maintain accurate production records. Reliable attendance and willingness to work the full night-shift schedule, including some Saturdays as needed. Your own steel-toed boots. Ready to put your skills to work?
