•2ND SHIFT. flowery branch, georgia Posted 4/2/2026 Closes 8/31/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $21.00 per hour Temporary 3:00 PM•11:00 PM Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number S_174237 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our shipping, receiving, and material handling operations.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to drive a reach truck Certification on powered industrial trucks including off the ground order picker, reach truck, dock stocker and powered pallet jacks. Creates repair RMA's, manages receiving and shipment issues within repair systems. Develops familiarity with a subset of products, processes, operational metrics and software tools; learns and follows basic work instructions for functional assignments according to productivity and quality standards Provides input geared towards continuous improvement, work instruction documentation, and standardization of processes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Will be required to train on 1st shift (7AM•3PM) Must be able to drive a reach truck 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Effective communication skills ... Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of software including Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems, and ERP system. Proficient understanding of the use of a desktop Basic Math skills Previous Standup forklift operation is a plus but not required.
