Job Duties Provide clerical support for warehouse functions such as Receiving, Shipping, Returns, Inventory Control, and Quality Control. Coordinate activities and communicate with warehouse clerks, supervisors, customers, and suppliers as needed. Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update area or shift metrics. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, summaries, and documentation, including confidential or technical information. Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, recordkeeping, and document management. Gather information from warehouse associates and relay accurate information to management and team members. Coordinate meetings, communications, and workflow activities for the assigned area or shift. Assist with floor work and perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of clerical and/or warehouse experience (preferred). Prior experience operating forklift equipment (preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
