As needed Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and equipment operation. This role requires experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts/order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. This is a physically demanding role requiring continuous lifting, material handling, and equipment operation throughout the shift. Must‑Haves Minimum 1 year of recent, consistent experience operating: Sit-down forklift Stand-up forklift / Order Picker Stable work history with minimal employment gaps Basic computer experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift Strong attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision

Important:

Candidates who do not possess the required PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience will not be considered. Nice to Have Stand-up reach truck experience Additional warehouse equipment operation experience Inventory control experience Qualifications Background in warehouse operations including: Shipping Receiving Inventory management Material handling Order fulfillment Ability to quickly learn products and warehouse procedures Sit-down forklift experience is required Basic computer skills including: Email Internet navigation Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Responsibilities Receiving & Inventory Receive and store incoming inventory Unload and verify shipments Place materials into proper warehouse locations Organize inventory and restock storage areas Perform inventory counts and stock verification Order Fulfillment Pull and prepare orders for shipment Pick and fill customer orders from stock Assemble and package products Prepare outbound shipments accurately and on time Shipping & Quality Control Examine outgoing shipments for accuracy Inspect products for damage or defects Record and manage damaged inventory Ensure shipments meet company quality standards

Equipment Operation Operate:
