We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Inventory Control Clerk / Warehouse Clerk to join our winning team in Council Bluffs. This position plays a critical role in supporting our field operations through inventory management, warehouse organization, equipment tracking, and technician support. What You'll Do Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for warehouse equipment, technician inventory, company tools, and fleet assets Receive, scan, track, and record all incoming and outgoing inventory using inventory control systems and handheld scanners Pre-stage daily equipment and material allocations for field technicians Assist technicians with inventory reconciliation and paperwork Unload incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, inspect for discrepancies or damage, and accurately enter inventory into company systems Process return authorizations and maintain accurate shipment and tracking records Conduct inventory audits and assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse, parking lot, and loading areas Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle inspections according to company policy Deliver equipment or parts to technicians in the field when needed Submit accurate and timely inventory reports to corporate inventory teams What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to safely lift and move equipment throughout the workday Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license preferred Requirements Must pass a criminal background, MVR and pre-employment drug screening.
