Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the distribution center operations, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management and be comfortable with heavy lifting and operating various warehouse equipment. Duties Load and unload shipments with precision, ensuring all products are handled safely. Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to move materials throughout the warehouse. Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to meet customer specifications. Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring all items are accounted for and easily accessible. Follow OSHA safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency within the warehouse. Requirements Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and cranes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
