Gem State Staffing is looking for hardworking and dependable General Laborers to assist with a variety of tasks in a hands-on work environment. Duties may include cleaning, loading/unloading materials, operating basic equipment or tools, and supporting skilled workers as needed. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and loading materials Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris, tools, or hazardous materials Assist with the setup and teardown of job sites or equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, or basic machinery under supervision Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, machine operators, or warehouse staff) as needed Adhere to all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required) Previous experience in general labor, construction, or warehouse work is a plus Ability to lift up to [50-75] lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Willingness to work outdoors or in various weather conditions (if applicable) Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow directions Reliable transportation to job site (if required)
