What You Will Be Doing:
Our Rexburg Team is a spirited, supportive group that brings creativity, humor, and dedication to every interaction. The Estate Plan Administrative Assistant coordinates the final stages of printing, preparing, and shipping Estate Plans; drafts warranty deeds; maintains department office supply and materials inventory; and routes client emails. Administrative Assistant Key Duties:
Generate and print shipping labels for Estate Plan Binders Print, organize, punch, bind, tab, package, and ship Estate Plan documents Send tracking information emails to clients Update client information in HubSpot Monitor the department inbox and route emails to the appropriate party Draft and send assigned warranty deeds to the Deeds Specialist Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress and challenges Evaluate and report office inventory Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity Required Qualifications Strong work ethic with good attendance and punctuality Attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to achieve department deadlines and goals Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment Willingness to perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
