Job Description
Position:
Truck Driver/ Warehouse Worker Hourly position, minimum expected hours of 6:00am to 2:30pm General Skills/Requirements- Good interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
- Good ability to take direction and follow through to completion
- Good time management skills
- Well-kept appearance
- Ability to interact professionally with office and field staff Job Responsibilities
- Warehouse Logistics o Loading/Unloading of trucking o Packing/unpacking tool gang boxes o General cleaning of warehouse
- Occasional trucking of tools/materials to local Chicago area jobsites.
- Snow removal for building parking lot and walkways
- Assist management with tool inventory and minor repairs
- Assist manage with annual Inventory of warehouse supplies
- Assist office staff with setup/tear down of office events and parties.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to learn to operate fork truck, with training provided as necessary by company.
- Comply with company safety standards Experience/Education
- Good knowledge of construction hand tools and equipment related to welding, pipe fitting, plumbing and electrical trades.
- Illinois Class B CDL License
- High school diploma or equivalent trade/related.
