Very busy family owned & operated distribution company seeking Warehouse Shipping/Billing Associate to complete our warehouse team. Ideal candidate will be responsible for finalizing the shipping & billing of materials to our customers daily. Duties include but not limited to:

• Scan each order into system (SYSPRO)
• Ensure accuracy of all outgoing shipments
• Pack, seal, wrap envelopes/boxes/pallets as required for damage free deliveries
• Label all outgoing shipments based on order's shipping requirements; i.e. UPS, FedEx, freight
• Coordinate with carriers for scheduling pick ups
• Answer internal emails from multiple levels throughout the organization professionally & in a timely manner
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as may be required

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in a shipping &/or billing role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with shipping software & systems; i.e. UPS, FedEx, freight carriers
• Microsoft experience a plus
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time; Ability to bend, reach, lift, etc.
• Experience with electric pallet jacks required (forklifts are not used in our warehouse)
