Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and be a vital part of our manufacturing operations! In this energetic role, you will support production processes by performing essential manual tasks, ensuring safety standards are upheld, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your work will help drive efficiency and quality in our manufacturing facility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting while contributing to the creation of high-quality products. Duties Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling to support production lines Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and standard operating procedures Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to maintain a safe work environment Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, moving materials or products as needed throughout the facility Maintain cleanliness of work areas by sweeping, organizing, and disposing of waste according to safety standards in production Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to ensure product quality and compliance with safety regulations Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with machinery operation is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and hazard awareness Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands such as standing for extended periods and manual handling Join us today and become part of a team dedicated to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement!
