Warehouse Associate - Processing & Forklift Operations (1st Shift) | $16/Hour Join a Fast-Paced Warehouse Team We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team on 1st shift. In this hands-on role, you'll help process, repair, move, and track plastic totes and storage racks that support major manufacturing and distribution operations. Shift Schedule:

Monday-Friday with overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed What You'll Do Process incoming and outgoing racks, containers, and plastic totes Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and shipments Sort, scan, stage, and load materials throughout the warehouse Operate washing stations and processing lanes Repair plastic containers using basic hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers Operate a forklift to transport materials and support warehouse operations Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Read shipping paperwork to verify accurate shipments Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all company safety and quality standards What We're Looking For 6+ months of recent warehouse, manufacturing, forklift, or general labor experience Previous forklift experience and ability to pass a forklift driving test Experience with material handling, shipping, receiving, or inventory tasks Ability to use RF scanners or handheld inventory devices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed Preferred Qualifications Experience using hand tools for repairs or assembly work Shipping and receiving experience Distribution center or logistics experience Inventory control experience Strong teamwork and communication skills Why Join Our Team?
