This position is for first shift only. Operation hours are 6 am-2:30 pm; Monday-Friday. Over time may be required.

Responsibilities:

Perform production duties such as manual lifting (up to 75 lbs.), packaging, taping, labeling operation, sorting, inspecting parts, and cleaning parts. Move product and inventory using a forklift or lifting jack. Report defective materials to the department supervisor. Scan into work orders as you are completing the task using our JobBoss system. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

May be required to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Requirements:

Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions. Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.

Possess basic mathematical skills:

addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Maintain the production pace of other team members. Must have drivers license or reliable transportation to work. Must be on time to work. Able to read and understand blueprints, tape measure, and calipers. At least 2 years experience working in a fabrication shop/warehouse is preferred but not required.
