Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy using order picker tools and inventory management software. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems Organize stock by stocking shelves efficiently while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations. Assist in shipping logistics by coordinating shipping & receiving activities and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory management tasks to prevent discrepancies and optimize warehouse space. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks, managing order fulfillment processes, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and trade compliance regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service experience to assist internal teams or external partners when needed. Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, load & unload procedures, and international trade regulations. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting logistics functions efficiently.
