Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy and timeliness Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and effectively during stock movement and order fulfillment Load and unload shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents to maintain inventory integrity Use RF scanners and barcode technology to track inventory movements, perform stock counts, and update records in the warehouse management system Maintain high standards of safety protocol adherence by using personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks involving heavy lifting or mechanical operation Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for outbound shipments Support inventory management through regular stock replenishment, quality control checks, and organization of storage areas to optimize warehouse distribution efficiency Experience Prior warehouse experience with a focus on picking & packing processes is preferred Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and basic math skills for counting and measurements Knowledge of safety protocols related to manual handling, heavy lifting, and equipment operation in a warehouse setting Experience with shipping & receiving procedures including load & unload activities and quality control checks is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a fast-paced workflow Mechanical knowledge or previous warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for those looking to grow into leadership roles Join us as a Warehouse Associate (Pick and Pack) — where your proactive approach keeps our operations moving smoothly!
