JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced Truck Driver (CDL-A) with 3 or more years of experience; start at 10:00am; must have manual driving experience. Haul intermodal containers with bulk grain to nearby intermodal and rail depot. Drivers haul !! Employees are expected to work closely with other team members to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines for product export.

The CDL Drivers operate within 5 miles of our facility in Elwood, IL. Home daily!

Hours :

Start at 10:00am, Mon-Fri, end time expected 6:00-8:00pm. Weekly overtime can be expected. Full-time, full benefits. : 10-20 hours OT/week; OT pay rate is $37.50 + eligible for productivity earnings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a current CDL-A driver's license and at least 3 years of over-the-road (OTR) experience.
• Experience driving manual transmission trucks, CDL not restricted.
• Intermodal/drayage experience is a plus.
• Experienced following safety practices and a willingness to be trained in and adhere to the safety policies and procedures of the facility.
• Follow all local, state, and federal

DOT & FMCSA

regulations.

• Ability to utilize phone-based apps to interface with electronic logging devices (ELD's) and record daily equipment inspection reports.
• Commitment to daily attendance, motivated to maximize bonus potential.
• Must be able to physically climb up and down trailers, equipment and ladders safely.
• Able to facilitate connecting/disconnecting from trailers at least 10 times a day
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, climb, and maintain balance throughout the day.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions,
• Ability to carry fifty (50) pounds with good hearing and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug-and-alcohol test and will be subject to random testing per DOT requirements.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$25/hour with Overtime Rate $37.50 for hours worked over 40/week. Bonus options & consistent overtime to increase earnings!
