Full Job Description Shift:
8am - 6:30pm
Pay:
$21/hr We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-driven Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced logistics team. In this role, you will handle daily warehouse operations on the receiving dock, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong work history in material handling, thrives in a dynamic environment, and prioritizes safety above all else. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Dock Operations Perform essential warehouse operations on the receiving dock, including unloading shipments and verifying contents against manifests. Sort, count, and accurately record large, heavy-weight stock items into the inventory management system. Assist with dock processing to ensure a smooth flow of incoming and outgoing goods. Order Fulfillment & Packing Accurately pick customer orders utilizing pick sheets or RF scanners. Securely pack orders according to company quality standards to prevent damage during transit. Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct. Inventory Control & Material Handling Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled material environment. Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor. Operate specialized warehouse machinery (if certified) to transport materials safely throughout the facility.
Qualifications & Experience Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of stable work history in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment. Equipment Certification (Preferred): Prior experience or active certification on material handling equipment is highly preferred, including: Stand-up Forklifts Cherry Pickers / Order Pickers Pacer / Dock Stockers Turret Trucks (comfortable working at heights) Key Skills & Competencies Attention to

Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs constantly and unassisted.
Environment:
Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced industrial environment with exposure to variable temperatures (hot and cold weather conditions depending on the season). IND1
