As an Outbound Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. You will operate with a safety-first mindset to pull orders, audit parts, and place the invoice and parts in the location they will be delivered to.
Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $21 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 2pm-10:30pm
Outbound Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Include:
Pick, stage, and load orders for delivery using RF units or pick tickets. Verify orders, invoices, and delivery details for accuracy. Label and prepare e-commerce, LPO, and DIO orders for dealer delivery. Support outbound product flow through efficient stocking and restocking. Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and assist with quality control. Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization. Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize the efficiency of the team. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service's DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Outbound Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to read, write, and speak English. High School Diploma or equivalent. Consistent work history and attendance record. Reliable transportation. Forklift, parts picker, and powered pallet jack experience is preferred. Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements. Outbound Warehouse Associate Working Conditions and Physical Demands include: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently. Must be okay with walking and standing for extended periods.
