Contract:

90 Day Contract to Permanent Hire position.

Warehouse Associate Key Success Factors:

Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential for this position. Must demonstrate a consistent work history that reflects dependability and commitment. Must follow all safety policies and procedures and maintain a strong focus on workplace safety. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and contribute to a team environment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of warehouse and logistics/distribution experience required. Previous OEM distribution experience preferred. Experience with cycle counting and inventory control strongly preferred. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including SAP, preferred. Ability to obtain required Dangerous Goods certifications, preferred. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities including driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, and squatting. Ability to work in varying temperatures and high-noise environments.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing customer orders, sorting product, and accurately storing materials. Complete put-away activities and ensure inventory is placed in the correct locations. Perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes to maintain accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet riders and/or forklifts (experience preferred). Utilize warehouse systems and technology, including SAP/WMS, to track and manage inventory. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
