Duties Supervise daily manufacturing operations, coordinating assembly line activities to meet production targets efficiently. Manage and train production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, power tools, and measuring instruments to facilitate smooth workflow. Interpret technical drawings and production documents to ensure accurate assembly and mechanical work. Conduct manual handling tasks and heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety standards in production areas. Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Enforce safety protocols rigorously, ensuring compliance with all safety standards in the manufacturing environment. Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools for assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. Monitor inventory levels within warehouses and coordinate logistics for raw materials and finished goods. Lead efforts in quality control by inspecting products using measuring instruments and technical proficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility environments with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, production documents, and mechanical schematics. Hands-on experience with forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments required for assembly work. Knowledge of safety standards in production settings, including lean manufacturing practices and process improvement techniques. Prior experience managing or supervising production or assembly teams in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to perform mechanical assembly and troubleshooting tasks effectively. Warehouse experience is preferred for understanding inventory management and logistics coordination. Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on heavy lifting safety protocols.
