We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated part time Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients in the Tri-Cities . The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, a passion for patient care, and strong communication skills. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety during in-home visits. Duties Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality. Assist with care as directed by nursing staff. Document patient care activities accurately using medical terminology. Schedule and maintain visit times with assigned patients. Qualifications Previous experience in senior care or long-term care settings is preferred. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a relevant training program is preferred but not mandatory. Registered health care worker with IDPH. Willingness to travel to visit patients in their homes in an agreed upon area.
