It is hiring full-time junk removal Driver/Salesperson The Driver / Junk Specialist is responsible for driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) as well as removing and disposing of unwanted goods from customers' homes and businesses. Responsible for customer communications and directing other removal staff and staff safety. A CDL license is not required and we will train you! Driver's license required Fast interview and hiring process.

COMPENSATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely, responsibly, and professionally care for / operate the commercial motor vehicle (junk truck) and monitors their functionality Completes all haul-a-way / Junk removal related paperwork and responsible for making sure paperwork and revenues collected are properly dropped in safe at the end of the work day Document and photograph jobs at beginning and end of jobs Organizing and securing truck at the end of each job and ensures truck and equipment is maintained in a clean, safe and professional manner Marketing in between jobs Conduct pre / post trip truck inspections and haul-a-way / junk removal equipment inventory Safely remove any unwanted items from the customers home or business by utilizing all of the proper hauling equipment and techniques and following the necessary prescribed policies Must be in a clean, approved DeJunk.

REQUIREMENTS 21

years or older with a clean driving record is required One year of previous driving experience with Commercial Motor Vehicle preferred but not required. Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen. ( including screen for cannabis ) Excellent customer service skills, Maintain DeJunk.

Must be able to work half day Saturdays Able to be a team player and must be able to listen and communicate in an effective, helpful and friendly manner with co-workers, customers and management Ability to direct the work of others when necessary Have strength and agility to carry and load items into truck as well as a good sense of balance
