Monday-Saturday | 4:00 PM-1:30 AM Overtime Available Weekly Food Manufacturing Environment

Midway Staffing is hiring reliable and motivated Packers for a leading food manufacturing facility in Streamwood, Illinois. Positions are available to start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

Trim, cut, slice, and prepare fresh produce. Pack finished products into boxes and containers. Build boxes and prepare materials for production lines. Palletize finished products and prepare them for shipment. Load and unload raw materials and finished products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support production operations as needed.

Requirements:

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to work the full Monday-Saturday schedule. Ability to stand for eight or more hours per shift. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a cold environment of approximately 36°F. Able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing or food-production experience is helpful but not required.
