Job Duties Work in various warehouse departments as needed to support daily operations. Load, unload, and store freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Receive inventory and verify stock against shipping and receiving documents. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Count and verify inventory in picking and storage locations. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand banders, stretch wrap machines, UPS shipping systems, and computer terminals. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure order accuracy. Follow all safety procedures and assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate. Preferred experience in warehousing, material handling, shipping/receiving and forklift experience Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
