This is a hands-on position focused primarily on supporting manufacturing operations. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn. The successful candidate should be comfortable learning and assisting in different areas as production needs require. Responsibilities Assist with manufacturing tasks, including the use of using hand tools and power tools Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing practices, including wearing appropriate PPE. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Be willing to learn and perform additional manufacturing tasks as business needs change. Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production goals. Skills Has good mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on work. Is willing and eager to learn. Can follow written and verbal instructions. Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work. Is dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Can safely lift and move materials as required for the position Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Work Environment This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position. The employee will spend the majority of the workday on the shop floor and should be comfortable working around machinery, metal components, cutting equipment, and other manufacturing operations. The employee will be expected to wear safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel toe boots. This a full-time position Monday through Friday 6 am - 4:30 pm .

Salary Range :
