Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various residential spaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards and ensure safe environments for clients. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances. Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain open communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any special requests. Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and outdoor surface maintenance is advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitization methods, and proper use of cleaning equipment is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience with housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus but not required. Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary and handle physical tasks involving manual labor and heavy lifting responsibly. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
