Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your proactive approach will help optimize warehouse distribution processes, support international trade compliance, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products efficiently within the warehouse. Pick and pack orders with precision using order picking techniques and RF scanners to ensure accurate shipment processing. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with shipping logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing inventory storage areas, and adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on order fulfillment tasks, including data entry into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software. Support international trade regulations and trade compliance procedures during shipping & receiving activities to ensure adherence to legal standards. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking & packing tasks. Good communication skills for customer service interactions and team collaboration. Knowledge of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, trade compliance procedures, and packaging standards is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items safely. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
