This position primarily involves spray painting structural and miscellaneous steel , along with loading, unloading, and moving materials using overhead cranes and Semi-Truck. All painting is performed indoors in a fabrication facility. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual who is comfortable working around heavy materials and equipment. Immediate opening. Key Responsibilities Paint structural and miscellaneous steel to project specifications Prepare steel surfaces prior to painting (cleaning, masking, prep work) Load and unload trucks using overhead cranes Move and position trailers using a semi-truck Verify all pieces are properly loaded for delivery Operate shop equipment and material handling machinery Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas Follow all shop safety procedures Required Qualifications Experience moving and positioning semi-trucks and trailers Ability to operate overhead cranes safely Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and tape measure Ability to lift and handle steel materials Strong attention to detail and reliability 18 years of age or older Schedule & Work Environment Full-time Indoor fabrication shop Overtime may be available
