WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SKILLED AND HARD-WORKING HANDYMAN TO ASSIST OUR MAINTENANCE COMPANY IN MAINTAINING RENTAL & RESIDENTIAL HOMES, COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES, YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE MAINTENANCE

CLEANING

AND PREPARING CONSTRUCTION SITES, LOADING AND UNLOADING MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT, REMODELING OF HOMES, DIGGING TRENCHES, REPLACING AIR FILTERS, INSTALLING NEW LOCKS AND TROUBLESHOOTING APPLIANCES, SUCH AS REFRIGERATORS, MICROWAVES, STOVES, OVENS, DRYWALL, PAINTING ETC. FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS FROM SUPERVISORS.
