Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Order Selector to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong materials handling skills, experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to seamless warehouse distribution operations while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety. Pay starts at $19.70/hr and increases to $22.10/hr after 60-90 days.

Schedules available: Monday- Friday starting at 9:00am- 5:00pm Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected. Operate heavy machinery including reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming stock against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments. Perform stocking, replenishment, and inventory management tasks within the warehouse management system to maintain optimal stock levels. Package products securely for shipment, adhering to quality control standards and ensuring proper labeling. Assist with load & unload activities, including heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge of equipment operation. Conduct regular quality checks on picked items to ensure order accuracy before packing. Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining organized storage areas and adhering to safety protocols. Participate in warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with team members for efficient order fulfillment. Experience Proven warehouse experience with a focus on order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, or related roles. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control. Knowledge of materials handling techniques and mechanical operations related to warehouse equipment. Previous experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse environment. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining attention to detail during order fulfillment processes.
