3JM Hauling is an expanding logistics and transportation company dedicated to providing dependable freight handling and distribution services throughout the United States. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Loader to become part of our operations team. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, prioritize workplace safety, and perform well in a fast-paced warehouse and transportation setting. Position Overview As a Loader , you will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations by safely handling, organizing, and preparing freight for transportation. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, arranging cargo, maintaining accurate freight handling procedures, and supporting warehouse and delivery teams. This role requires physical ability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Safely load and unload freight, packages, and materials from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers. Organize, stack, and position products throughout warehouse, dock, and staging areas. Properly secure shipments to ensure safe transportation and reduce the risk of damage. Check freight for damage, missing items, or shipment discrepancies and communicate issues to supervisors. Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with warehouse organization, freight movement, and daily dock operations. Keep loading areas clean, orderly, and compliant with company safety requirements. Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines. Provide support to drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics operations as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, freight loading, shipping, or material handling is a plus but not required. Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 pounds. Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail. Comfortable performing physical tasks in a busy warehouse or transportation environment. Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime when needed. Benefits Competitive hourly pay.
