We offer hands-on training and a supportive team culture. Job Duties Perform general production and assembly tasks Operate hand tools and production equipment safely Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Inspect parts and finished products for quality Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Keep work areas clean and organized Follow safety procedures and work instructions Qualifications Manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but no experience is required—we'll train the right candidate! Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
