Job Title:

Warehouse Associate Job Description The 1st shift Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a combination of manual and automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This role involves functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. Responsibilities Pack and pull orders using Radio Frequency (RF) handheld terminals. Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently. Stock inventory with RF handheld terminals. Process orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Receive orders and finished goods on WMS with RF terminals. Maintain an organized work area. Become successfully certified on Powered Industrial Equipment, such as Forklifts, Walkies, and Turret Trucks. Essential Skills Experience in a fast-paced environment. 6+ months of equipment operating experience, preferably with reach truck or turret truck. Proficiency with RF Scanner. Commitment to regular attendance. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience with order picking, palletizing, and general production. Familiarity with inventory control and material handling. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
