The Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. This role involves ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and shipment documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and carriers to meet delivery deadlines. Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of work ethics. Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Report any machine malfunctions, maintenance needs, quality concerns, or safety concerns to the supervisor. Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and ensure a cohesive and harmonious work environment. Effective communication is essential for success. Verify product is within quality specifications. Retrieve necessary product needed for task. Read and interpret work orders. Performs other duties as required. The ability to solve routine issues using the resources readily available. Working Conditions Environment Position is in Monticello, IN Start and end times will vary based on need. The position is in a warehouse setting. Essential physical requirements Position requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, squatting, walking, and lifting. Physical ability to lift and move packages of diverse sizes, occasionally involving heavy lifting up to 40 lbs. Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.
