PM Occasional Schedule:

Some days may be 6:00 AM-4:30 PM . Employees will be notified in advance. We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Labor / Production Associates to join our team in Mooresville, IN. This is a hands-on position involving general labor and production duties in a fast-paced work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general labor and production duties as assigned. Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products. Operate basic equipment and tools after training. Assemble, package, label, sort, and inspect products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Meet daily production goals and deadlines. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. Assist other departments and team members as needed. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product-quality problems to a supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required. #
