We're looking for a dependable and adaptable Warehouse Operations Utility Associate to support multiple areas of our warehouse, including Returns, Shipping, and Amazon FBA operations. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Operations Utility Associate, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by supporting the areas that need you most each day.
Your responsibilities may include:
Returns Processing Open and inspect returned packages. Evaluate returned products for condition and resale eligibility. Identify returned items using our inventory system. Process customer returns accurately. Clean, test, and repackage products when appropriate. Return approved products to inventory. Follow company procedures for damaged or defective merchandise. Shipping & Order Fulfillment Pick products accurately using prepared order lists. Verify part numbers and quantities. Pack customer orders securely according to company standards. Select appropriate boxes and packing materials. Print and apply shipping labels. Prepare packages for shipment. Help stock inventory and shipping supplies. Maintain an organized, efficient shipping area. Amazon FBA Operations Prepare inventory for shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging. Apply Amazon-required product and shipment labels. Repackage products according to Amazon and company standards. Verify shipment quantities and contents. Pack cartons and prepare shipments for pickup. Assist with inventory counts and shipment reconciliation. General Warehouse Support Support Returns, Shipping, FBA, and other warehouse areas as business needs change. Learn and follow procedures across multiple departments. Assist with stocking, picking, packing, organizing, and inventory-related tasks. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or workflow concerns to supervisors. Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if necessary). We're happy to provide training for the right candidate. Must be willing to become cross-trained in multiple warehouse departments. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift and move products and packages. Ability to work comfortably in a warehouse environment for the duration of the scheduled shift.
