Job Description

Material Handler 2 performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies. 1st
Shift:
7:00AM - 3:00PM, Monday - Friday Responsibilities Executes foundational tasks within a warehouse environment including but not limited to: packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping and preparing units for production. Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals. Complete required paperwork, forms, or digital records accurately and promptly for documentation purposes. Maintain a clean, organized workstation. Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations. All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports. Required Skills and Experience Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability. Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic computer ability. Ability to understand and follow directions. Preferred Skills and Experience Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Clerical skills. Time-management skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent work experience Physical Demands and Working Conditions Warehouse environment. Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 75 lbs., if necessary. The ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time, if necessary. The ability to bend, push, pull, twist, and reach in a continuous/repetitive capacity, if necessary. You will love working in our family-oriented company!
