Relocation Specialist Flint Hills Moving Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations, including driving, loading and unloading goods, and assisting customers. Duties Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles, to transport goods safely and efficiently. Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and organization of stock. Utilize forklifts as needed for moving heavy items within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Ability to operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks and manual transmission vehicles. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Experience in warehouse settings is a plus, particularly in loading/unloading tasks. Forklift certification is advantageous but can be obtained after hiring if necessary. Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. A strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this role.
